Service in the Storm helps agents recognize the emotional and behavioral impact of crisis, communicate with compassion and clarity, and maintain professional boundaries that protect both client and agent. By applying trauma-informed principles, participants learn how to stabilize tense situations, manage expectations, and deliver confident, ethical service even in emotionally charged transactions.
