CRR New Member Application

Instructions

Before joining Coeur d’Alene Regional REALTORS® (CRR) as an Appraiser, Broker or salesperson member please complete the application below.  As an Appraiser applicant some questions may not apply, please skip those questions. 

Please note: If you are transferring from another REALTOR® Association or joining as a secondary member you must attach a Letter of Good Standing from your primary association to your application. 

STEP 1
Agent's license must be ACTIVE with an IDAHO Designated Broker: Applicants are required to submit their application to the Association within 30 days of joining a REALTOR® firm.

STEP 2
Complete application for CRR. An invoice will be emailed to you and your application will be processed upon receipt of payment.

STEP 3
Once processed, you will receive welcome emails from CRR and CDA MLS with information on websites and log-ins. The New Member REALTOR® Orientation, New Member Code of Ethics, and Fair Housing courses are a requirement of membership and must be completed within 60 days of joining CRR. Please check your spam and junk folders!

You are also required to complete MLS 101 course within 30 days of receiving MLS access.

  • Must hold an active IDAHO real estate license

AND

  • Applying as a NEW licensee and have never held a REALTOR® membership, or
  • Transferring REALTOR® membership from another association, or
  • Reapplying for primary membership with Coeur d'Alene Regional REALTORS
  • Must hold an active IDAHO real estate license

AND

  • REALTOR® member who actively holds membership with another REALTOR® association outside the state of Idaho
  • Must hold an active IDAHO real estate license

AND

  • REALTOR® member who actively holds membership with another REALTOR® association in the state of Idaho
