Do you sit on the MLS or CAR Board of Directors or are you interested in being a part of the committees that handle complaints against REALTORS? If so, this class is for you! You will gain a full understanding of the process of reviewing a complaint, how to conduct ethics and arbitration hearings, professionalism before/during/after the complaint hearing process, and enforcement procedures and disciplinary guidelines. This class is a MUST if you would like to sit on the Grievance or Professional Standards committees.
