Divorce, Death & Dementia (E3059) - 1 Credit Hour

Description

The Divorce, Death & Dementia course is designed to provide a basic overview of how the title insurance industry, including what Idaho Law Codes are addressed, handles transactions where there is Death, Divorce and/or Dementia involved in a real estate transaction.  Resources will be gone over during the course for Realtors to get information from their clients at the forefront of the transaction (the listing).
