Utilizing retirement plans in the investment of real estate is an effective means of purchasing or lending to build consistent lifetime income. Retirement plan designs can allow the investor to build high amounts of wealth in real estate. To serve the public interest, licensees must possess the knowledge and expertise with ERISA-qualified retirement plans in compliance with those plan designs.
