Description

This course will engage Agents to better understand, select, prepare, and explain to clients the Idaho Addendums and Forms required to satisfy contractual obligations and financing contingencies, prior to showing, property sale contingencies, inspections, new construction, price escalation, and compensation addendums following the RE-21 terms. This course will review which addendums are notices and their purposes.
