Panhandle Health District will be here to offer a condensed version of the septic portion of Surf & Turf. They will address: Importance of septic systems in North Idaho and how this impacts construction and Real Estate communities. Brief overview of site conditions affecting suitability for septic system. Overview of process of evaluation of properties, septic permitting, relationship with building and planning regulations/processes. Limitations of septic systems (e.g. 5-acre rule, limitations on community systems, etc). General description of most common system types.
