Description

This course is designed to engage agents interactively in understanding the changes made to thirteen Idaho real estate forms introduced in January 2025 by the Idaho Association of REALTORS®. An in-depth review of both the Buyer and Seller Representation Agreements will be conducted, as well as a study of the new compensation section in the RE-21 PSA.
