This course explores listing-side real estate forms, including listing agreements, disclosures, and documents used when responding to offers. Students will review proper form selection, completion, and timing throughout the listing process. The course emphasizes the agent’s role in ensuring accurate documentation, reducing risk, and supporting clear communication between parties. Common mistakes and practical application strategies will be discussed to promote professional and compliant real estate practice.
